NEP 2020 Aligned Undergraduate Programme

The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is a three-year undergraduate degree programme designed to provide students with broad-based knowledge in the humanities, social sciences, languages, and interdisciplinary studies. The programme develops critical thinking, communication skills, analytical ability, creativity, social awareness, digital literacy, and employability competencies.

The curriculum is designed in the spirit of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, with emphasis on multidisciplinary education, flexibility in subject selection, skill enhancement, value education, experiential learning, research orientation, and holistic development.

The programme may be offered through an appropriate university/UGC-recognized degree-awarding institution in accordance with applicable UGC and regulatory requirements. IICSM can function as an academic/support/training centre where permitted by the relevant affiliation or authorization.

The B.A. programme aims to:
